Welcome to my hub for all things wordy, creative and encouraging.

The Blog

I write about mental health, faith, family, and reconciliation. You can start here.

This page will take you to my personal poetry blog where I publish my own work.

Some of my favourite pieces, both guest posts, and my own writing.ย Please contact me below if you want to chat about working with me.

The Being Real Series dives into living a life of authenticity, being real with ourselves first, learning to be comfortable with what makes us uncomfortable, and learning how to walk into a beautiful and meaningful future.

Speaking Engagements

I am passionate about mental health, faith and identity and how these three topics intertwine in our daily lives and form our core beliefs about ourselves, others and the world we live in.

I am available to speak with your youth group, church, school, business and community groups on these topics and am happy to design a workshop style program to suit your group’s needs.

    1. Hey!

Oh, thank you so much! I’ve been gallivanting around the place visiting France, can you believe it?! And so haven’t been around to catch up on my cyber life. Lol.

Thanks again. Greatly appreciate the nod and the support.

      1. Ooh, oui! It was awesome. I’m particularly fond of architecture and I was not disappointed! And The Louvre, Oh my oh my. I cried. Yep. Weeped, in fact. And so many more cool things. I plan to blog a little more about it over the next week or so ๐Ÿ™‚

Have you travelled? Where’s your fave spot so far? Where would you like to go next?

      2. Ooh, Egypt sounds awesome. I’d like to do that region as well. China. India. All of Europe. Can you tell I am just starting out? Lol. I did go on a little US trip with mum a few years back. We stood on the edge of the Grand Canyon together and watched the sun rise. It was really special. Drove through Sedona. Amazing. What a stunning place.

      3. Ah, the seaside. I’m in Australia and live just about a 15 minute drive from the beach. It’s a burden I have to bear, but it’s worth it ๐Ÿ˜‰ so far I’ve just seen a few spots around the world but my hubby has travelled heaps for work. Hopefully soon we will travel together. Not long till the nest is empty, so it should be fun!
